I want to replace the corroded hose clips on my old Saab engine. I was just going to buy a mixed set on ebay, but the prices vary a lot. I have realised that Jubilee is the manufacturer of the original, quality product, not the generic name, but their clips are pretty expensive. In researching, I have also read on a few forums that the cheap ones on eBay are rubbish.
Does anyone have a supplier they use for good quality, not too expensive, hose clips? Or should I just buy the £10 box from Tool Station on the basis that they should be half decent?
I was thinking of replacing them with stainless steel ones. Is it worth bothering? Thanks in advance.
Having a crap day today. Got back to the car park to find two small dents in my bonnet. Can't afford to claim on insurance again as I had to claim last year when someone jumped on the roof of the same car whilst we were at Blackpool Illuminations. Will have to save up for a pdr guy visit.
