RenoJ, you use the word 'studio' to describe your workplace.
What do you do in it?
I use this word occasionally, but I find it sounds a bit 'clever' for me, unless I am speaking to potential customers. My place has officially become known as a 'shed' informally.

Hi,
We have a largish unit with a very big woodwork section, small metal space, CAD/office space, kitchen etc.
As we are all designers of some description furniture,product,set and exhibition I feel ok using the word studio.
Does sound a bit "fancy" but the industry is based on smoke and mirrors.
