I wouldn't call that welding. Welding requires the metal to fuse ffs that's pigeon poop

I am surprised that companies are still doing shelters and allowing employees to skive off for smoke breaks.

Looks like it has been done with a MIG machine in situ. And was quite windy.

Looks a bit like some of my "out of position" welding efforts I'm sorry to say.

Lack of practice & experience means stuff in awkward "welding from below" & "below vertically" have ended up functional but far from pretty.

Again (like Kram said) my welding hasn't been on anything for sale though!

(I do mentally thank the creator of the flap disc - regularly )

Our suicide jockeys have to clock out/in when going to reduce their life a touch. We have a minimum hours per day, minimum hours per week, and core hours to be there - if they are met, all is good.

Amuses me the ones who have to drive from the office to the shelter - although I suppose that reduces the clocked out time . . .

The welder was trying to keep out of the smoke.......and was in a hurry to
get the ^%$#$#@! out of there....
