I've not taken pictures of the cars we do for ages now.

So though i'd post pictures of the full car rather than the manifolds we make.

Not posted on here in a while so thought i'd put up something we've just about completed.

Sorry about the pic's hosting, i'll change them when I get chance, copied and pasted from another thread.

Our 2.5" exhaust

Everything is tig welded and mandrell bent to maximise flow.

Excellent clearance despite the the big rear arm's

Very straight so flow is excellent for the turbo. Equal or better than some of the 3" exhausts we've seen.

Actuator takeoff on "push fit" fittings and kept as close as possible to the turbo

Airfilter extension as the filter was larger than normal

Nice cool air down here, also note the "screamer downpipe" and hot side intercooler pipe

Bumper had been cut for the previous exhaust, so we mounted ours in the same orifice.

Last picture before injectors were fitted earlier, car is mapped to 300hp, on the standard 110,000 mile engine.

out of interest what ecu was it using?? hondata? or other aftermarket ECU?

I socket the standard ECU's and use some software and various bits and pieces to make it mappable.

We build loads. At least 2-3 a month, but don't take pictures that often nowadays.

The price of the kit is £1550. Fitting, mapping ECU and the fueling side works out at about £1000, plus the exhaust.

I'd be multiplying that by two, for the level of craftmanship you're displaying Rick. You'll still be inundated with work.

I'd missed a zero off the end of the second figure. Not quite double the figure but not a mile away.

We are really busy though, booked up until June. Sadly most of the lads don't appreciate it, they just jump in and fly off, i've even had people not open the bonnet to even have a look before they go.
On this car the guy was a little older, and knew he would appreciate it all at least.

We are baised near sheffield.

Edit to say mods, i'm not trying to trade on here, don't normally like putting prices on forums I don't pay to trade on. If you want to remove any of it just change my posts. I don't even think anybody has a civic on here.

I could, but would need the car to do it, I assume you'll want X over pipes etc. I'm not sure on the price without looking into it if you could PM me some pictures I'll let you know.

(I've put this a few times, i'm not hear to make money just share welding pictures etc, if mods see this as trading please remove it)

Also if i do make money from it, i'll make a donation to the forum.
