This bolt set-up looks a bit Heath Robinson to my untrained eye....but what do I know.

I think the fork lug is tapped and the nut locks the bolt in place, part of the swinging caliper adjustment from my 1970's memory!

Honda's famous swinging caliper, due to being ali on a steel pivot it corroded/seized particularly in winter. I stopped my CB500T in a dark carpark one night to see the disc glowing dull red due to the pads being held against the disc lubed once a month after that!.
