I have had good luck with annular cutters from Aliexpress. I got some second hand as well.Update
Bought a Rotabroach locally for £60. Tested and full working order. 110v but not a problem as have other 110v tools. Suppose I'll now have to buy some cutting bits
Would can get adapters to take Weldon shank annular cutters to fit a morse taper. Handy for the drill press and lathe for big holes.
