Hi Folks,
Just a quick question about home insurance.
Is it required (or good practice) to declare to your home insurance provider that you are welding in the garage ? Especially if you are using compressed shielding gas bottles.
I would not tell them I go camping and therefore have camping gas or BBQ gas in the garage. In some ways that is more dangerous than shielding gas.
But does anyone have any experience of dealing with an insurance company where having shielding welding gas in the garage caused a problem, because the insurance company were not informed.
Thanks all,
Simon
