Hollow end caps, anyone any ideas??

Afternoon all,

I'm after some hollow end caps for some box section, does anyone know where to get them from? I've seen an old thread on here where some one said cut the middle out of a full one, but thats going to take time and probably wont look as good.

By end cap do you mean like those plastic pieces that just clip in ?

There the things but i'm after some with the middle removed so i can make the bar telescopic, its only to stop the 2 bars clanging together and protect the paintwork

I've got a friend with a CNC plastic cutter but thats going to an extreme in order to get it and not sure if he eve has it anymore, would think that cutting and melting the edge might be the best/cheapest option

Not so sure you will find any with the centre removed. If its only a few you need set to with a drill and a file. Failing that, get someone to machine them for you.
