Hole caps

Simple question. I'm looking for those little plastic pushin jobs, to fill some drilled holes in powder coated box section.
I hope that makes sense.
What are they called and where can I get them?

As the powder coat will tighten the hole slightly is it best to measure the finished hole and order that dia?

Hmmm, not sure on that one - wouldn't the thickness of the powder coat be negligible in the scheme of things? I ordered some plastic feet (other kind of fitting to your problem, I know) from the people I linked to. The rod the feet have to fit over was maybe half a mm oversize but they still seem to go on OK and are showing no signs of splitting (yet!).

Nope, they have a concertina edge on them to will accommodate the powder coat. You order them to match the box section.

I get them from ebay on various sizes as cheap as chips.
