Hello, yep...i'm a newbie on here. I did some quick searching but thought maybe if i just asked...well here goes. I have a Hobart 175 amp i bought about 3-4 years ago. I am a big time novice. I used it maybe 20 times. About a year ago, i went and plugged it in. It powered up(fan), but the wire would not feed. I looked inside, and no the wire feed wheel wasn't even turning. It seems to be powered up okay, just wont feed. I know it's not a plugged hose or bad wire...because the wheel won't even budge. I nosed around inside but didn't see anything that looked burnt or bad(novice here though). Unfourtunatlly,as usual, i think my warranty had just gave way. It wasn't used that much, so i know it hasn't been abused. I really need to get it fixed, but have been worried that it would cost too much. There are 2 Hobart endorsed service shops within 60 miles from me, but i have never taken it....yet.........thanks,scott
