Hitbox no wire drive

I have a Hitbox 3 in 1 which worked well for a year, yesterday it stopped feeding the wire and switching the gas solenoid, I checked the Euro torch, it's okay, there is 26 volts at the drive motor and the torch feed so I bridged the torch sockets, nothing, torch positive to earth, nothing, any ideas?

Hello and welcome to the Forum!

Have you tried the welder in Arc ( MMA ) mode? Even if you do not have an arc electrode, use a nail in the electrode holder.
