Highbay lighting advice

I'm in the process of speccing up the lighting I will be adding to our new business unit.

At the moment I am leaning towards these 4ft twin LED batten fittings from TLC:

These will be installed under the mezzanines and above in the office areas.
The middle of the unit is open up to the peak of the roof and is probably around 10M high.
There are already a couple of old 400W Sodium Highbays up showing the signs of age and imminent failure.

I was looking at replacing them with a couple of LED highbays around the 200W mark but the cost vs the savings aren't nearly as great as with the LED battens.

Anyone input?

I had the same dilemma and chose LED highbays due to the increased reliability and cost of repair to the sodiums. We have our own genie for access but have to get a spark in just to change a bulb (in highbays) so a few bulb failures would have paid for the LED's

The trade side of "LED hut" has some offers at present
This is 8 x 200watt in a this shed 24mtrs x mtrs high enough for traveling crane been in 2 years no problems saved ther cost +++++.
It also has 8 x 4ft twin led wall lights running cost is less tha 1\2 of old sodium & fluorescent fittings with better light

Interesting thread, I had installed a row of florescent lamps on chains through the middle of one of the workshops with a 30` high roof and the light was abysmal, on the sections with a lower roof they seemed fine. I then installed eight of those 400w metal halide lamps in place of the florescent units and that lit the place up but was a horrible working light which cast shadows everywhere. I then had the place painted white which did nothing so am at a bit of loss really, does height diffuse the strength of light ?

Woodyard replaced the h/bays with [at first] some massive corncob led bulbs(£118@), sparks said they would pay for themselves in less than a yr. made a huge difference to working conditions. About 2yrs later those were replaced with some 4x2' LEDs. no word of a lie, it was like they'd taken the roof off it was so bright, but not harsh. and supposedly even more cost effective.

That's interesting. Heaters aren't in yet as we are moving units. I will install and wire them in along with all the lights etc in the new unit.
I tell a lie, I did temporarily pop up the air curtain which has been helping.

Good call on LED HUT guys.
Put a basket together last night, got a call this morning offering a discount because of the amounts.
Placed my order for delivery early next week.
