Hi temp engine paint

Hi guys,
I'm looking at tidying up my motorcycle engine,

Gloss black..
But it has white flecks over it.. Probaby small chips..?
Could be ally..

Suzuki bandit barrels on the bike..

Is there a good way to tidy this up..?
