The SIP's have this 'automatic wire speed adjustment' when you increase/decrease power but, in practice, you will find it has to be manually fine tuned. You do this simply by adjusting the wire speed on the dial - too much & you will feel the torch pushing back in your hand, too little & you won't get a run, or the wire will keep welding itself to the copper tip.
