HI and help required!

Hi guys and Gals,

I have searched on here for advice on trying to replace the swan neck on my SIP 130.

Its the brass block type which SIp tell me is obsolete now.

I found a post by 'weldquip' saying he has an ebay store and her sells the swan neck that is clamped into the brass block, thats the bit im after.

This post was back in 2006, i have looked on ebay for him and cant find any one with that user name who has items for sale at the moment.

Can anyone else help me out?

As always im halfo way through the job and the damn thing need a part i dont have!............Typical.

Anyhoo i have been bobtailing a 1986 range rover for off roading, chopped a total of 19 inches out of the old girl and turned it into a pick up whilst i was at it!

Will try to upload a photo once i fugure it out!

Looking forward to taking the beast off road a week on Sunday for its 1st outing!

I have plenty more projects waiting to be started, one of them is to chop and shorten 2 car engine sumps, both are sat in my garage and cost me nothing but are worth £40 a shot when modified.

I may well be back on here asking advice as they are pretty this guage steel and im going to have to weld some plate onto them and get a nice oil tight run of weld
