Hi all, is there anybody in the South Wales area that can spare me an hour or two to show me where I'm going wrong with my welding ,I can pick you up if needed but cant afford to pay you sorry ,will supply lots of tea or coffee and a bite to eat thanks
Thanks for the fast reply ,I'm not sure how to post my pictures on here ,but my problem is that I can't seem to keep a constant arc as if the motor slows down then speeds back up
Ok thanks ,are the liners on the bay any good and and what type do I get for my may pole 130 turbo ill try this first to see if this helps thanks if not ill try some thing else
i just buy the nylon one for mine by searching the welder name followed by torch liner
not sure if there are universal ones.
the way i check if the liner is worn is by cutting a length of mig wire the is a few inches longer than the torch lead on wither side, then push it through till it comes out of the torch and pull it back and forth to feel for any snagging/resistance.
