Argon mixes are easiest to use. But if you use the disposables, they are ridiculously expensive as the cans last less then 10 minutes.
CO2 is cheapest and works well enough. The disposable CO2 cans last longer but a refillable pub CO2 tank would be cheapest and last years.
The EN may come with a regulator for disposables. A refillable bottle is better and will need the appropriate regulator.

yeap, now i get it. For disposable gas canisters i need disposable gas canister regulator? sory mate, i am green in mig welding + english is not my language

The CLarke 135EN in weldequips shop comes with a regulator for disposables. All you'll need is the bottles.
If you get refillable, then you will need a regulator like you linked to before. There are two different types, one for CO2 and another for Argon/CO2 mixes.

I've recently done all this searching too. What I have is a Clarke 151 en, a co2 regulator (£32.00)similar to the link you posted and a large bottle of CO2 which I paid £18.80 for with no rental charges or deposit from Bratby gases in Shrewsbury, I'm sure if you hunt around you can come up with a similar gas supplier near you. Look for pub supplies or the like.
