help with bearing orientation diagram

ive purchased a new set of skf bearings , came with this picture

does it suggest bearing goes on this way , or this edge goes on the outside ?

The rubber seal will go to the inside (keeps the brake dust out)

so as per the arrow then? goes on just how u see it vs that side goes on the outside where the arrow is pointing

It goes with the inner rubber seal lip facing outwards towards you so that as well put slip the bearing over the stub the rubber and inner spring expands instead of rolling over its self.

theres no obvious seal on the bearing ...guessing theres one inside
