Help with a record bender

Just bought one this morning from the car boot but the dies are too small, will Hilmor or others fit it?
Its the same as this but only has a small 19mm I think set of formers

I need to bend a 22mm od tube and was hoping the 25mm former would do?

a conduit bender

you have to get both the former and guides to go with them

using 25mm with 22mm wont do you and you would be much better off going to buy a cheap 15mm and 22mm with formers

22 pipe in a 25 former dosent really come out great.
you could try a dummy run with maybe some lead shoved in one side of it to see but the lads are right, what you have there is a conduit bender.
dont worry i made the same mistake when buying my first bender, i actually bought the same one as you have there and only realised the cons of it after, i bought a new hilmor cm35 in the end.
altho the one i bought came with 6 dies iirc of strange sizes but they might come in usefull some day, or when i have conduit to bend....

But its a costly alternative, I have a hydraulic bender but would rather use this if I could, might see if I can find some one local with a 22mm former, looking at there website the Hilmore formers will fit?

Well just spoke to Mark at Bend It Now, what a helpful chap.
He tells me I can use it but need to find a 22mm former from a copper machine, Record or Hilmor will do, they sell them new but its a bit beyond the budget at the moment. So I will keep looking for one, I can make my own 22mm guide wheel thigy
