I have just despatched a set of shelves to a customer in Nottingham and the hamfisted courier has bent some little lugs on them (or possibly the customer has been messing about with them), I cant see how it has happened but it has.
I can either pay for them to be shipped back to Swansea fix them and send them back or find somebody to make the repair. I reckon about 15 minutes work.
The frames of the shelves are 8mm bright mild steel bar, the lugs are 15x3mm strip, they can be straightened or remade which ever is easiest.
First picture shows the lug when the shelves are fitted to the wall, second photo shows how the frames go together. The frames will be supplied bare.
The repair can either be brazed, tig or even Mig welded, makes no odds really as long as it is sound and tidy.
