Help please.

First hi to all on the site, this is my first post and its a help me!!!!!!!!!sorry about that.
I have bought a tig welder which has messer griesheim lable on it, i have tried to get a foot controle for it and having sent pics to the shop they tell me it is not a messer griesheim welder.
Would anyone know what this welder is as i am at a loss now,and i would like to get some bits for it so i can use it.

My immediate thought as soon as I saw the picture (before reading your post) was that it was a Messer machine
Is the dealer you sent the pictures to a Messer agent?
How many pin sockets does the remote socket have?

Hmmm, not so sure now. That paintwork looks a bit dodgy, as though it's been repainted from the original?

Looks very close Al. That's an AC/DC model on the site so that would explain why it has more dials on than the "Messer" one above.
Messer could well have had EWM make for them to re-badge, they are both German companies.

Thanks for all the replys and links to sites, i have looked at them and i have also sent them emails asking about this welder.
I have also taken a new pic which shows the foot control plug socket, as i am looking to get a foot control for it.

Foot control

Hi all and thanks for all the replies, i have just bought a Miller RCFS-14 foot control for my tig and it wont fit the sockets on the tig.
Question if i the colour code on the wiring diagram and just use the same colour on the miller foot control will it work? with my EWM Tig welder.
I am also looking for a new 5 pin plug for it as well.

You need to match up the signals.
