I would like to learn to weld, In my late fathers shed I found a welder.

Draper 75A ARC/TIG Inverter Welder.
I have used an arc welder, many years ago. The weld held but were bumpy to say the least.
I am hoping to manage to tack a couple of repair panels on my car, I have been told by a couple of people this welder is of no use as Arc welding is no good for car bodywork, This welder has leads that look like arc welding leads, one for the rod and another to earth.
What would I need to buy to be able to Tig weld with this? Would Tig welding be OK for body panels.
Or do I bin the welder??
Any help would be great, sorry for so many silly questions, but we all need to start somewhere.
Thanks
Dave

it is a perfectly decent mahine. Also that would be fine for bodywork if you used it as a TIG welder. Although... You would have to buy a set of TIG leads if you dont already have them??, (does it have ARC leads or both ?) and also rent some pure Argon gas for shielding. Then there is the little matter of TIG being difficult to learn for a beginer if nobody is around to show them whats what.
