Help needed! How do I write the dimensions of a 5 sided shape?

I need to write a cutting list for a bit of college homework for my welding course. I need to write the dimensions of a steel plate that has five sides. Its basically a rectangle with one of the corners cut off (see image).

How do I write the dimension in the same way that I'd write the dimensions of a steel plate 150x150x10mm?

Please help! It needs to be in by tomorrow!

Thanks, but that's not quite what I need. I already have a detailed planning drawing of it, but I need to write a list of all the pieces that need cutting and I need to state the dimensions of them in written form.
I already have:
base plate 150x150x10mm
back plate 120x75x5mm
top plate 75x60x5mm

But I'm clueless as to how I would write the dimensions of the side plates which are shaped like the picture in my original post. Without the corner cut the dimensions would be 120x100x5mm. The corner cut is 60mm on the top and 60mm up the right side.

I think its a bit of a trick question, the material required is 120 x 100 x 5, then the detail of the cut off corner would be on the drawing, that's what they are for

I am probably missing the point, but I would have thought that on the 1st cutting list the piece would be dimensioned withouth the cutout (ie. LxWxD). Then it will have a drawing for the next stage which would be the cutting/machining of the cutout.

That's a good point. Maybe I could just write the dimensions for the rectangle and then in brackets write something like "see planning drawing for additional corner cut dimensions"?
