Help Needed. Could Someone Translate Russian into English Please ?

I need to get some instructions translated from what I think is Russian into English.
I've looked on-line for instructions in English in vain.

It is an engine pre-heater like this;


I have scans of the Instructions but the full file is too big to post here.

I know the instructions are likely to be "put pipe A onto spigot B", it is more if there are any dire warnings / useful info in the instructions.

Google Lens is probably very good but requires a smartphone - which I don't currently process.

Following @rtcosic thoughts, I found OpenL which translated the .jpg scans into .docx files .



I discovered that:-
"The "separative heating" technology is implemented, allowing the liquid to heat up faster!"

So now I know I need to:-

"First, find a place to install the heater, it should be 20-40 cm below the water reservoir cover, away from the oil line and brake wire.
Choose the installation method, cut the heating wire.
Connect the water line of the heater's intake with the low head of the heating wire.
Pour antifreeze into the neck of the water reservoir, add antifreeze to the heater, connect the water drain with another head of the heating wire and close the wire.
Unlock the engine and release the air, add antifreeze and check if it flows out or not.
The power base of the heater is connected to 220V, it slightly vibrates while the upper half of the radiator is hot a little.
When the antifreeze reaches 40-50 degrees, the heating is finished.
Water drain.
Scheme for the installation method."

I just used a Windows 10 PC to access Google Lens. No apps or downloads, straight from the Google search engine.

You can use google translate on pdf files with a PC. The pdf must be text recognisable though, if it is not then it would need to be OCR scanned in Acrobat which can be hit and miss if the original document is a scan. The translation quality is acceptable on pdf files, google translate improves continually, mostly gone are the days of "what school did you went at".
