Another ancient machine here - I think it's an SIP Ideal of sorts, but I have no idea of the power - I'm guessing about 200A or thereabouts.
Any ideas what it might be?
It seems to be a good old machine, certainly no shortage of power, the only problem is that it's a bit big!
On the top knob, there are 3 settings. The centre one is obvoiusly for 'normal' welding, and the left position is a timer (for stitch/plug welding I guess), but I'm not sure about the right hand setting. Just idle curiosity really, as I don't think I have ever tried it. I'll go and have a play in a minute to see what it does!
I might sell it soon, so any idea of its value?
