HELP!!!!! I need to dismantle My Wire feed

I have a Siegen Power Mini mig 130 I have somehow jammed the welding wire in the Feed line can anyone help me by explaining how I get it out or How the Line feed is dismantled and replaced!
Can anyone tell Me where I can get a Service Manual for it please?
