HELP! Cemont 22O Volt.

So I am over here on the west coast of Canada and have come across this welder for cheap. But have not heard of this company, I think they are from your guys neck of the woods. So any help you can give me would be awesome.
Ok here is the deal, I am able to pick up this 220V mig welder for 40$ without the gun. The dude knows little about it and it needs work to get running . Anyone know anything about this company/welder. I have found out that they are over seas . But thats about it. I mean for 40 bucks can i really go wrong. I am new to welding and this will be my first welder.

You could try emailing info@telfordgroup.co.uk and they might be able to help you, Cemont are still quite unusual in the uk still but i think they're more common in france etc.

You can also contact Cemont directly at info@cemont.it and ask for a manual.
I did when a big Cemont MMA inverter followed me home a few years ago and received the manual as a pdf file. Cemont is an Italian manufacturer, now owned by Air Liquide.

need help

I have a cemont cemig170T welder its new and never been used I live in Vancouver B.C. Canada and there doesn't seem to be anyone here that knows anything about the machine or the Brand. I have no users manual I have it hooked up the gas works but the wire wont feed any help would be appreciated .
