Help ....... would anyone be willing to make some stainless plates?

Wasn't sure where to post this so here I am, I work in structural steel and have been looking to have three folded stainless plates in different lengths and heights made, to use as web squares, and was wondering if anyone here had the time and materials to make them as I don't have access to the equipment or the materials, any help would be greatly appreciated, I'll obviously pay for time materials and postage, I have attached a drawing below with the dimensions many thanks

I guess you probably know that the bends will have a radius on them no smaller than the material thickness.

It might be good to draw one out full scale including the radius and just confirm that this is not problem.

In any case, it would be good to draw them out properly showing the thickness as there is potential confusion in the dimensions you show. Is the 30mm top to bottom? It could be read as bottom to bottom of overhang.

If the person making them only paid strict attention to the vertical measurement and made the other ones slightly bigger than drawn, you could trim to size yourself and save money.

Inner rads should be material thickness as Agroshield says.
Those are quite tight joggles at 30/25/20mm outside to outside, I could only just do that if i set up tech tooling on my press brake. A lot easier if you have a suitably strong enough box&pan folder.

One thing from experience, bending Stainless above 1.6mm thick is a pain and will form surface cracks on the outer rad if bend rad is to tight.
That shape would be better welded.
I know Suggesting welding on a welding forum.

If the bends are too close together, would the tool work as two L angles joined together? Plug welds or mechanical fasteners (countersunk rivets to keep the side under the roof flush?).

Another option could be to make the vertical leg out of a piece of square bar and just bolt the top and bottom 3mm plates to it. Small (M3 or M4) countersunk bolts. It would have sharp square corners that way.
