Hi, i'm new to this forum. I'm looking to upgrading my welding set in the next couple of months, have an old Clarke 135 i think. I need a set thats powerful enough to weld up to 6 maybe 8mm occasionally but also need it to weld thin steel for bodywork etc. Any advice would be greatly recieved. I'm not sure how much i will have to spend, looking around £500 mark.

They are for you as they're on your doorstep so you should be able to just pop in and chat to them about anything you're interested in without any pressure to buy and also demo any machines you're interested in. You've also got the added advantage of being able to pop in to see them for free advice.
