I lurked this board for a few months before getting myself a Siegen Mini-Mig to weld some new sills and panels to an old car in my backyard.

I have mig and stick welded in my teens for a short while, but it's been well over ten years since I touched one so I have lots of scrap to lay beads on.

Might make a little "Angel of the Backyard" for the women too

I am looking to buy some kind of reducer to connect my newly acquired pub gas bottle to my little welder. I hear weldequip is the go to guy?

By the way, this is a great forum. Chances are I would have paid too much for bad gear if I had not been linked to this site - so thanks!

welcome i made a reducer have the pub bottle tethered in the garage to bench run pipe off reg and made hole in small disposable bottle welded in an airline fitting mig moves about 20ft no pub bottle to lug around saves yo £15 for a 10ft reducing pipe cheers Nick
