Hello from Yorkshire

I am a long term lurker, probably several years of lurking here, own a battered 30yr old MIG and an even older bantam oil cooled stick welder...Interests include motorbikes/old tractors and old lathes amongst other things...It is a problem with a lathe that has prompted me to join up to get some opinions... Posting pics of the lathe and to accompany your description of the problem will help with diagnosis.
