I explained my problem on the following link:

Castolin Castotig 2002 ( mw2000?)

Guess what: today I got my fast diodes from China. Mounted them and the castotig functions as it should! Ignites, welds perfect. Question is of course how long the diodes will last. But till now I'm very pleased with these cheap replacements.
