hi all,
i'm callum McGrory from Buckinghamshire, i have just been brought a welder for my 18th birthday. it's a lincoln speedtec 200c multi process unit, i have always wanted to learn TIG but you can beat the practicality of MIG and stick.
I thought i would join a forum as i am a welding noob and have plenty of noobish welding questions to annoy you with!!

I was looking at cheaper welders and the general opinion was there are fine, they weld but you will want to upgrade sooner or later. rather than buying twice just once!

chasing girls!? nah, I'm happy in me lil' workshop!
me and a few friends want to build a simple gokart or something. i'd imagine building a bike is great practice, you've got quite a few different joints in there.
