Helicoil gone wrong, options?

Working on the bottom of my subframe,

There are 2 threaded inserts (M10) welded between the two spot welded halfs of the part, can't bolt it through as it'll interfere with another part that bolts on.

Both bolts snapped, tried welding a nut on, nothing would get them out so I figured helicoil time.

One side went perfect,
The other side not so much, the hole was ever so slightly off center so part of the bolt got left behind, meaning my 10.5mm hole for the tap ended up being too big once I knocked out the remaining thread.

What to do?

Cut it out and weld in a captive nut

Time serts need a bigger hole so may be useful.

Oversized Time Sert or Keensert.

Keensert probably better if it’s oversized because they come in various sizes for oversized holes.

Go up a size on the coil & bolt?

Looks like this will work fine,
Was worried about everything lining up, it's a tie bar that goes through another part of the subframe, through a spacer and then into the threaded insert,
Everything is already oversized though, the holes in the other subframe portion are around 14mm and the tie bar enough for an m12 bolt, will just open them up if I need to adjust it slightly.
