Heavy duty hinges

I’m looking to buy a couple of hinges for a Hamm vibrating roller. The originals have seized and one has snapped.
Is there any online supplier of such a thing, the steel is about 5mm thick, the two parts of the hinge are unequal length but I can adjust that to suit as well as drilling holes etc for fixing.

Can you weld the item? Turn a thick wall tube to weld on both peices, and a peice of round bar, say 16mm as the pin. . This is how I did my furnace hinge.

The pin is about 5mm, maybe 4mm. Part or the problem of the original design is that they used countersunk Allen head bolts and the that reduced material section right at the pin.
There’s not much meat left to weld now, but it is an option if we can’t find suitable replacements
