Yes, there's 8 rads distributed across the clean and dirty (fabbing) workshops and the workshop garage section. I'm too old now to go through that "well, previously my hands were cold; but now they've stopped functioning altogether" sensation when working all day in freezing conditions.
The problem I've had with sight gauges is that the UV seems to make them pretty much opaque, and so unreadable. I seemed to be fitting a new piece of tube pretty well every year. I'd still need to get to the tank to read a sight gauge, it's not much more trouble to take a dipstick as well.
