Have now got the burner installed in the oven. Can anyone tell me how long I should expect it to take to heat an oven from say 10' to the required 20' (just roughly).

Thanks Steve, as you know, first time with a pro oven. David, from what I can gather, the burner goes through a series of pipes akin to a steam engine which act as a big radiator if you like. The fresh air is then drawn through this radiator, with the inlet fan, through the ceiling filters into the oven, then drawn through the floor filters with exhaust fan to external flue or can be recycled through the floor filters and back through the radiator. Make sense? i.e dry indirect heat.

Upshot is, it got to 20 in about 15 minutes. Few Burnie smells but as it's not been fired up in about 10 years, it's not surprising. Pleased with the resultant temperature though
