Heat Input Calculation app

Just for your information, i made an app for calculating the Heat Input for most welding types:

When you are welding some metals you need to keep it to certain levels, low or high. Its only when your doing "coded" work.

First major problem I found with the "app", it was Apple only. So that's a fail...

Volts x amps / travel speed x 0.6(efficiency factor of the process ) who needs to pay for an app for a calc this simple.

The biggest limit for a welder or process is the amount of heat the parent material can take before it begins to loose its mechanical property's (low impact toughness) heat input is usually stated on a wps/wpqr along with inter pass temp and the welder must monitor these and stay with in the range.
