ive got accident and sickness insurance and they pay up if its genuine combined life insurance of america

I have some with "Combined" as well, at the time i took it out they seemed to be the only ones around who would cover racing motocross.

i've got bupa healthcare through my wifes work. when i needed to have a big lump removed from my eyelid the first time i went n.h.s and got two strapping nurses with a rusty flicknife and a plastic chair, no painkillers as they put the needle through my eyelid and squirted the drugs down my cheek. next time i went private and got it done in an operating theatre with a nurse, an eye specialist and an anaesthetist. then got taken to my private room for a nap and a cup of tea and a sandwhich. only problem going private is they wake you up every fifteen minutes to see if you want anything, after the sixth interuption i spat my dummy out and went home for a proper sleep.

LOL at Clueless - too much care can be irritating!

I used to be with CICA donkey's years ago - one of their reps turned up at the banger track one Sunday and signed most of us up at once!

So we have a positive (I think?) vote for BUPA - anyone know if they are any better than PPP?

I will Google it in a minute and see if there is a Compare the Meerkat site that covers that sort of thing.
