Health and safety sandals at the acropolis

Up at dawn this morning to head up to the acropolis - what a place.
And it’s been being rebuilt off and on for the last 2,500 years!

Bet the original labourers would have loved the use of this crane but at least the modern footwear hasn’t changed too much!

check on line.....often there are free days....
we get tourists after they have had a week or so in and around Athens then come for a rest here...
Also good to go in winter, (a lot cooler)...
At that time there are mostly tourist from the USA and Ozz for some reason..
