It's only a fairly small area.. probably 1m square in total. The paint sounds pretty runny in the big can, hardener feels really thick though.got yourself a drill powered mixer from screwfix ...its pain to mix by hand

I'll pick one up anyway as I'm about to go past Screwfix.
Would it be worth thinning the first coat to get into pits/ seams more? I have lechler and bilt hamber epoxy thinners so I'd guess they should be ok although the BH mastic thinners smell far less sweet and solventy than the lechler thinners.
Yeah I am really impressed with the mini needle gun/ wire wheel combo. The wire wheels are straight bristled and running on an air drill, so they're low RPM, also use them with a flexi drive. After 60 gritting it the substrate looks excellent with a bright shine with no visible rust.
