has anyone tried them the video i googled ( it appears to be from Eastwood) looks good.

from Sealey which look about the same.
I am about to cut the wings and wheel arches and front panel from a Herald Bonnet so am in for some welding. Just wanted and opinion on them

I have a Clarke 151 TE mig welder.

that sealey shroud is cheap

Had these 30 years ago the shroud think it came with a Butters welder the body shop made them after the first one Pliers old pair of moles & a bit of plate.
Never found it that good

I take it you mean cheap as in 'cheap and nasty'- just for a novice what difference does a shroud make

I suspect he's saying it's a bit of a rip-off, price-wise.
I suspect he's right.
