Harrison 140 gear change wheel

Hi does any member of the forum know we’re I could get a 63 tooth gear for my 140 lathe i know it’s a big ask but worth a shot.

Good morning
Wanting to try some imperial screw cutting on metric 140 ) gears on the lathe are 100 80 25
My other gears I have are 120 80 60 50
Advice on what I would need thanks

Any or all of them are as equally applicable to a 63t gear as the sizes discussed above.

The most practical way will be a delrin one from you_engraving on eBay.

I think it is the later M-series lathes that had splined gears.

I searched for ages trying to find one
Made my own in the end.
The accuracy of the imperial threads is certainly good enough for the work i do .

A good excuse to buy a 3d printer, then you can make any gears you want
You could also try one of the online 3d printing services. A few people on here have had other items made, some in metal 3d printing for a reasonable price.

One of the better ideas I have seen on this is a surround for an existing smaller gear:

127T change gear to fit to 100T change gear by nglasson
