Was having a nose around Halfords this afternoon - and they had a handful of SIP welders in stock.
Now i enquired about the mig Handymate 90 which was advertised on their display cards as being 25-90A (stated ideal for car bodywork etc) but the actual unit being offered by the handy90 price ticket was a Handymate "T" unit and had amongst other info 25% 55A 70A and 90A printed on the unit.
I questioned this with one of the assistants who was adamant it was the 90 (he checked scanned the price which was the same as the 90) but are they 25a or 55a lowest?
Either way it seemed very misleading to me.
Any ideas guys?
