Hand pump suggestions.

At work we have a couple of browsers used for cleaning tools. They slowly fill with water then need emtying of water and sediment.

Im after some sort of hand pump to aid emptying them. Something small enough to be portable but pumps a reasonable speed. And cheap as work will never pay me back.

Dint really know what to look for. Any suggestions please?

Cant you just use a piece of hose and gravity to empty them, like siphoning petrol from a tank in the old days ?

what about one of those pumps that you power with a drill? never used one but they are cheap

Because it would save me time.
when it needs doing there are time restraints, so if I can do it quicker there will be less rushing around for me.
I'll benefit, the company won't.
