Halfords exchange

Just been to get a ratchet exchanged, change lever fell off!.
Swapped it for a brand new one no problem, no receipt no drama.
Cant fault it!

Nice one I didn't think they covered ratchets under lifetime warranty, alot of the time it's who is behind the counter.

The only issue I ever had exchanging tools at Halfords's was with a Pound thro screwdriver.

The person on the counter refused to exchange it, "It has bean hit with a hammer".
I asked him to get a new one and read the description on the packaging.
It still took Managers approval, as I left I could here the person having it explained to him, again.

I broke two t50 torx bits and the girl reached in behind the counter and produced two new ones no questions asked!
