I bought this little welder after selling my portamig 216.
I only intended to odd welding now and again.
needed more more room and this little fitted in nicely.
I did a couple of welding putting up a shelf to put this welder in.
after selling all my gear off after deciding to retire ,I now find I needed or should of kept some tools.
bought a m/bike but I cannot find a suitable rack for it.
so decided to make my own. so I bought a hilmor 16 mm former...
welded up bending tool. the main frame is 25mm thick and welded a 10 mm plate onto it.
welded one side and of course pulls to one side so I knocked it back straight.
took some doing but got there and finished off the welds.
I was expecting it to break easily but the penetration was good.
so far I'm impress with this little welder.
would I recommend it yes.
