Grindstone wheel

I'm looking for a replacement wheel for a black coloured Black and Decker professional grinder with a 15mm spindle size. Any Gen where I could get one would be appreciated

Only trouble is the closest reduction ring measures 15.9mm.

Just been out and checked, 14.98mm

Could wrap some insulation tape round the spindle. After all the washers each side of the wheel do the clamping.

Its going to be worth getting a small spacer made up for it so it can take a more standard size, the one you want does exist but its expensive.

The Black and Decker grinder needing the wheel is where l sub out to, it gets some stick. I was lucky enough to buy one for myself in mint condition that's where the picture above is from.
My local mobile tool supplier tells me the black range of Black and Decker became DeWalt. He did say who Milwaukee tools used to be as well but it escapes me.

16mm plastic conduit should do it, about a quid for 2m in screwfix

Who owns them now is rather interesting - a Hong Kong conglomerate who also own the long-gone but decent German AEG brand, the low-end Ryobi range, and also Hoover and Vax ! ( The vacuum cleaner, not the minicomputer ).

Some Brand names used to mean so much to me when buying spanners especially. Stahlwille, Britool, Elora, Gedore. Never did buy any Snap on.

Who owns them now is rather interesting - a Hong Kong conglomerate who also own the long-gone but decent German AEG brand, the low-end Ryobi range, and also Hoover and Vax ! ( The vacuum cleaner, not the minicomputer ).

I have an air impact of my dads, from probably the 60s, somewhere which is a Milwaukee. Beast of a thing. Best of its day according to him.
