Grinding tungsten carbide lathe tools.

I need a bit of advice on what grinding wheel to get for sharpening my TCT lathe tools.
I have a 6" bench grinder and I'm trying to find a green grit wheel for it but what grade? Fine or medium look best but I can't find any the right size (20mm) and course looks too harsh.
Also how to dress wheel? I can't get the old one to run true axially and as far as I know you shouldn't dress the sides of a grinding wheel.
Any advice welcome.

I gave up on that lark and switched to tipped tools. Quick and easy to replace the tip and cracking results.

The old wheel ran ok so I think the actual machine is fine. Maybe the new one when I get one will be better.
As far as tipped tools go I've tied a couple and had very poor results

Tipped tools like a ridiculously heavy cut, it puzzled me for a while that I couldn't get a good finish

hss will do most jobs and give a cleaner cut than carbide tipped . there better on hard stuff mind giving it bonus cuts
