grinding pads??

what pads do you guys used?
pads on fleabay don't seem to last 5 minutes even some so called brand name.
I'm sure some of these brand names are copies made in china stuff.
and its for a 4" grinder

What as in a flapdisc or the replaceable flat discs. We use 3m ones of both

I use the discs from Wurth. I have found them to last longer than the Abracs, Rasta and Tyrolit I can get from the local hardware stores, especially the flap discs
